Ordered the Balenciaga Trainers Jan 2nd Just received these today 5/26. I was informed by the seller the 1st package was lost by shipping company so the seller was nice enough to ship a 2nd pair. Shoes are very good quality and the customer service was outstanding although it took almost 5 months to receive. Seller has great communication and answered all my questions so I patiently waited to see if I would get the new shipment and glad I did. Does not coke with box but did have the store bag and also dust bag. I definitely recommend this seller and rate 5 stars for excellent customer service. Will purchase another pair soon!
